The lost of my mom was extremely difficult!! But I knew who I could trust to give my mom the royal send off she so deserved.. From the first phne call to the end of moms homegoing Emmanuel was there every step! Everyone was so amazed at how everything was so beautiful n just awesome !! Mom looked amazing!!! He added his extra touch n it was perfect! Through my tears I also smiled at how peaceful n beautiful she was ! Her color was purple n the staff even had a touch of purple on!! Soo professional!! After they put her crown on they even bowed to our queen!! I loved it!!! I could go on n on about how smooth helpful thoughtful caring understanding professional and wonderful Emmanuel n his staff were!!! Thank u for helping my family send our QUEEN OFF IN A ROYAL WAY!!!

My son, James Mack Jr., passed away on December 5, 2022. I reached out to the Urban Undertakers and they effectively addressed all of my logistic issues. My biggest hurdle was finding a company that could take care of transporting my loved one across state lines. My son lived in Louisville, KY and needed to be transported to St Louis, MO for his home-going. Well, needless to say, this dynamic team made it happen!
The next obstacle I faced was obtaining my son’s wardrobe. They understood my disposition of living in South Carolina and were able to shop locally in my absence. Furthermore, their selection was better than anything that I would have selected.

The entire funeral arrangement experience was made easy for my sons’s home-going. My family and I were very impressed with the Urban Undertakers from start to finish. These guys are amazing! I highly recommend this company because they are very professional, prompt, and really care about what their customer’s needs. They truly understand the loss of love ones and how to support families both logistically and emotionally.

These times are difficult for us all.. but to have the urban undertakers helping you n and family through this time is a blessing!! The staff was amazing.! All we had to do was give thm a small idea of what we wanting.. They made my godchild home going a true princess send off!! They walk through it every step of the way with her mom.. they supported her , they prayed for her, they communicated with her they were patient n caring.. it felt like family n it was comforting to knw that our lil princess was being left in the hands of heartwarming ppl who made her look amazing n she looked so peaceful.. she was only 10.. she looked like an angel.. the urban undertakers walked with us all the way to the end of the road n even thn they showed so much love.. thank u from the bottom of our heart to u guys..💙 they staff even wore the colors with us.. I unexpectedly lost my daughter.. so precious & so loved. Urban undertakers... y'all showed out for my baby. When I tell you they treated us with so much love, patience so understanding and caring. They definitely made this easier for me. Family... They will always be family. From the very moment I talk to him & told him please be gentle with my baby.. his reinsurance was all I needed. From the 1st encounter until the end they made me feel like I wasn't alone. That the pain I'm feeling so did they, they loved her like family. They did everything I asked & then added their own spin. The dressed in pink just like the family. I'm so thankful for them & everything they've done & still doing to this day. Thanks for the glasses lol they fit my outfit perfectly. Thank you for handling my baby with care.. I knew I picked the perfect people to love my daughter. Thank you for everything

Urban Undertakers of Saint Louis did an awesome job with my mother in law. She looked great! Their service, professional, attention to detail, and care for our family was amazing. Their cost was excellent as well. I recommend them, and plan to utilize their service again, prayerfully not anytime soon though.
